Oriente Marine Group, C.A. (OMG) is a marine and underwater services company founded in 1994 to meet the commercial diving demand in the oil industry, driven by the expansion in eastern Venezuela.
Since its inception, the company has actively participated in the installation of single point moorings (SPMs) and marine terminals for major oil companies in northern Anzoátegui State. Likewise, it has excelled in surveys and platform installations in the Gulf of Paria, as well as in various oil complexes across the eastern region of the country.
OMG, C.A. operates under the ADCI Consensus Standards and certifies its personnel under ANSI commercial diving standards. We maintain strict quality control in our operations, ensuring continuous compliance with the demands of offshore operators along the eastern and western coasts of Venezuela.
Commercial Diving in Venezuela
With over 2,000 kilometers of coastline along the Caribbean and the Atlantic, Venezuela has three key offshore oil exploitation areas: Lake Maracaibo, the Gulf of Venezuela, and the Gulf of Paria. Underwater operations are carried out across all these fields during construction, production, and maintenance phases.
